3. Who we share data with

Only to the extent necessary:

Shoptet, a.s. – e-shop platform,
carriers (e.g. Zásilkovna s.r.o. and others depending on the chosen delivery) – delivery,
Seznam.cz, a.s. – e-mail,
Cloudflare, Inc. – domain management and e-mail forwarding.

Data is not transferred outside the EU, except for Cloudflare services, which are covered by EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

4. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, restrict processing, data portability, to object and to withdraw consent. Write to info@storyhouseprague.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).

5. Security

We protect your data with appropriate technical and organisational measures; the website uses a secure connection (HTTPS).

6. Effective date

This policy is effective from 17 October 2026.
